HEROFACE UPDATE; JUNE

UNKNOWN PROTOCOL FOUND HIDDEN IN OVER THREE HUNDRED BRANDS OF COMPUTERIZED PRODUCTS

Coding similar in construct to the same computer virus that caused a global panic in 1994 has been found in three-hundred brands of electrical products, directly written into hardware components. The code appears to be completely isolated, unlinked to any executable functions. None of the companies contacted for a reply admitted to willingly putting the code into their products, and could not explain its presence, calling it “clearly benign”.

Since the discovery, private parties have checked their own home hardware and products for examples of this code. A list maintained online lists over two million store-bought products containing the foreign protocol, the earliest produced item dating back to 1991.

With the code having no connection to any software components, consumers have been asked not to panic; the protocol has no effect to any functions of an electronic device.

CONTENTS OF PRESIDENT KEEL’S EMAILS LEAKED, DETERRENTS SUSPECTED.

Supposed contents of President Charlton Keel’s private email accounts have been made public to the media. The Deterrents are suspected of being involved. Leaked discussions include;

~ The proposed annulment of both Congress & The Senate, treated as if they are certainties.
~ Attempts to frame and incarcerate the Deterrents, including rebuttal emails from both UMBRA & ETHER..
~ Attempts to murder the Deterrents, including correspondance with, supposedly, Der Ohle, The Alpha, The Brazen Baroness & Dr Moon, the latter three all sending rebuttals.
~ The planned invasion and annexation of Mexico, Argentina, Cuba & Canada.
~ Underhanded dealings with other politicians worldwide, including the Humanity League & Prime Minister Munne. The Prime Minister denies these emails are true.

Keel’s representatives staunchly state that these leaks are false and utterly fabricated, spread by “Jealous thieves” in an attempt to undermine the President’s “unflagging popularity”.

BAFFLING ISLAND FOUND IN NORTH ATLANTIC

An island-like mass has been located ~600 miles off the Western Scottish coast, following a near-crash with a cargo ship. It appears to be constructed out of a coral-like substance, similar in construction to the strange fragments found off the Welsh Coast in 2016; while organic and naturally grown, the structures have achieved a building like shape through minimal human interaction, seemingly growing into these forms through genetic memory. The four acre mass is attached to the seafloor by an enormous arm-like growth, jointed and primitively muscled; valves and pores in the mass allow the arm to bring up water into a central well-like structure, purified and safe to drink. The coral-like mass is estimated to be 4000 years old.

A collection of eclectic rubbish suggests that the structure has been inhabited at three different times; sometime in the last thousand years (judging by cloth fibres), once in the late 1970s (as identified by a packet of Wotsits), and most recently in the 1990s (again, identified by packets of Wotsits and other British snack foods). A structure on the island is similar to the numerous “cairns” found over Great Britain, though it is in a damaged shape and shows no strange energy signals.

The island’s invisibility up to now is utterly unexplained. Studies on the island may change the world’s understanding of biology.

CATERINA ZBOROV OF CAGLIOSTRO, "BRAZEN BARONESS", DIES

Deterrent Arch-Enemy and ruler of the Micronation of Cagliostro, the "Brazen Baronnes" Countess Caterina Zborov dies at the age of 81; Britons may remember the Baroness from her brief attempt to invade England in August, 1999. The population of Cagliostro have entered a month of mourning. The State Funeral, where her body will be interred in the catacombs of her family's previous fifty-two generations, is expected to be attended by the Deterrents; President Keel has not been invited to pay respects.

Her son, Count Radimir Zborov, is expected to don the ceremonial armour worn by all previous Zborovs at his coronation later this month. Popular belief is that the armour was constructed by an order of Satanic monks, and daubed in the blood of murderers and heretics. The coronation will be televised.

ACTIVITY ON THE MOON

NASA denies evidence of recent moon activity; a series of blue lights seen on the satellite's surface remains unexplained.

"The only facts we state about activity on The Moon is the trajectory of a meteor shower that fell alarmingly close to the satellite before falling off the coast of Scotland. There were no lights on the Moon, nothing fell from the moon, and it certainly wasn't a man-made item."
