SENATE DENIES BUILDING OF MEXICAN WALL

President Keele’s controversial plan to build a heavily guarded and patrolled battlement on the USA/Mexico physical border has been denied by both the US Senate & Congress. Keele’s arguments claim the wall is to keep out migrants and Parahumans, and is heavily endorsedby Republican supporters across all demographics. Protests have occurred country-wide, and plans for counter procedures to be put through Congress have begun to mobilize. The president has smilingly commented “This makes little difference; my plan is part of the American Dream, and it cannot be laid to rest.”

CHRONOTODDLER VANISHES

The Deterrents’ resident omnipotent observer has seemingly vanished from their usual position outside the GREGOR-1 satellite. The Lady has commented that “The situation is unusual, but not a cause for alarm or panic”.

PARLIAMENT CALLS FOR EMERGENCY ELECTION

Following difficulties during negotiations in Brussels, an overwhelming lack of confidence in the Prime Minister has resulted in an authorized emergency election. Purity First, despite a lack of numbers, seem confident in their ability to take seats, using lowest common denominator tactics.

DER OHLE & **** SIGHTED IN MACEDONIA

Reports of sightings of the wanted international masked terrorist Der Ohle and their organisation **** have come from Macedonia, currently troubled by a increasing number of racially motivated protests and mass acts of violence. ETHER has reported investigating the area with plans to arrest Der Ohle, and is being aided by The Deterrents’ Greta Raphaella and The New Yorker. The latter stated at a press conference “...I’m gonna knock the teeth out of that N*zi Owl’s beak with such force they’re gonna goose-step right into a shallow grave. EUROPEAN STUDENTS FORCIBLY REMOVED FROM ACADEMY

In response to the 2014 Iranian “child-abduction” incident, a long-standing demand for certain students at the school to be returned to their home countries has been authorised by the European Union, and enforced by ETHER. Twenty-seven students from eight different countries are to be removed from the school and returned to their homes, many of which are in countries in which, as Parahumans, they cannot receive safe education. Vice-Principal Otkid has commented “The situation is regrettable, and motivated entirely by misunderstanding and prejudice. We want what is best for these children, and will do everything we can to ensure they obtain the education they need and deserve. We have no desire to act unlawfully, but will do whatever is needed to ensure our students’ safety. If we need to fight this in court, we will do so.”
