The Millennium Class
Following the defeat of The Peacock & The Alpha's sacrifice, The Professor reopens the school, now taking on more students than ever before. A large number of Alumni sign on as teachers, determined to do right for Parahumans after seeing the destruction and hatred caused by The Peacock. The Professor, now in their seventies, takes a background role as their age catches up with them...
Over the decade, the Class clash often with The Collective, the Guild, the remnants of The Unconquered, ACTAEON robots, and Purity First.
A number of students show sympathies for the Collective, or outright support for The Alpha's more violent methods.
Discussing the strange occasion with the Alumni, the students discover that the Alumni were aware of the computer's sentience, as was the Professor, yet did nothing about its freedom...
After telling the Professor, doubts begin to linger, and an investigation is done into graves of the Academy's deceased Alumni; many are empty, their bodies taken elsewhere...
The battle is eventually called off when the Alpha arrives, applauding the effort, but despising the chaotic, Ill-thought-out nature. The ringleader is killed to make a statement, while those that claimed to support The Alpha are whisked away alongside the Collective.
The “loyal” class seem unsure what to do with their lives, having been forced to fight their friends in order to save innocents… or maybe not innocents, maybe those who hate and fear them.

October 2000, “Alpha”
Seemingly recovered from death, The Alpha, flanked by the most loyal Unconquered, returns to leading the Collective, now using stolen, re appropriated ACTAEON ARGUS technology to try and forcibly create Parahumans in London. The Millennial Class respond, and the Alpha is successfully arrested after a confrontation at Westminster.Over the decade, the Class clash often with The Collective, the Guild, the remnants of The Unconquered, ACTAEON robots, and Purity First.
January 2003, “Alpha, Beta”
The Collective spring the Alpha from a specially built prison off the Scottish Coast.April 2003, “The Second Children's Crusade”
The Professor and a number of Telepathic students, including Charm, are abducted by heavily armed military personnel. The Class team up with The Alpha & The Collective to rescue them. The abductor is Colonel Bethan Piers, daughter of Eliza Piers, who is not only fulfilling military orders, but also avenging her mother and a number of dead Academy students, whose parents have asked her to retaliate. The Psychics are weaponized in a military installation in the Brecon Beacons. The rescue is trying but successful, and Piers is left to die under an avalanche of snow.A number of students show sympathies for the Collective, or outright support for The Alpha's more violent methods.
February 2004, “Reap”
Reports indicate that numbers of Parahuman births are dwindling rapidly. By 2010, it is estimated that no more Parahumans will be born at all. The Alumni wonder whether this has anything to do with The Peacock's closing words on whether Parahumans are even necessary...September 2005, “Paracea”
A cure for Parahumanism, and incidentally PARIS, is developed by a laboratory in India, and endorsed by the British Government. Many students and Alumni with more troubling abilities consider the treatment, though the Academy tries to dissuade the idea...May 2006, “Alpha; Gamma”
The British Government sets up a large hospice for the Parahuman cure, known as “Paracea”, in central London. Alpha & The Collective, including almost every ex-member, storm the city, cutting off transport, and take over Central London. Another huge conflict arises between the Academy & The Collective, with The Alpha once again captured & arrested.September 2006, “Declaration”
Following the Paracea debacle in London, The Academy goes Public as a school for Parahumans. Despite almost constant Purity First Protests and ACTAEON observation, the Government declares the school a safe space for Parahumans.March 2007, “Binary”
During an open day, the School's security undergoes a massive lockdown, as the Academy is under attack by The Alpha, The Collective, The Peacock, ACTAEONs, Purity First, D's Homonculi, and many others. Going stir crazy locked inside for days, the students slowly deduce that the attackers contain far too many contradictions, even in this topsy turvy world of super powers. They confront the School's Computer, which has not only become sentient, but is doing everything it can to protect the students now that the world knows the school houses Parahuman children. Realising they are unfairly enslaving a Sentient creature, the students oversee the computer put into simpler form, letting it do what it can to help Parahumans through ideas, without being expected to run a household.Discussing the strange occasion with the Alumni, the students discover that the Alumni were aware of the computer's sentience, as was the Professor, yet did nothing about its freedom...
July 2007, “Troy”
The Academy investigates a mysterious pharmaceuticals company named AJAX, producing a mix of products including soft drinks and a rival PARIS cure. The head of the company, Pollux Perfect, has a knowledge of intimate Academy events they certainly should not have, and claims they are in fact the living embodiment of the PARIS virus, a sentient network of living, thinking, Parahuman bacteria. The Class is scared off by heavily armed guards and the threat of ACTAEONs, but keeps an eye on AJAX, and does what they can to prevent AJAX products reaching mass market, thanks to a series of anonymous tips…August 2007, “Recall”
During a clash between the Collective & ACTAEON units, one of the robots seemingly goes haywire and destroys a school, killing fourteen and wounding many more. Although the ACTAEON company are quick to protest that it was tampering, the damage is done; thirty years of public failure, changing political atmospheres and outdated technology has resulted in the robots becoming increasingly unpopular and mistrusted. Despite protests from Purity First, by January 2008 the Government will sever all ties with ACTAEON, and all units are designated Unlawfully Dangerous.May 2008, “Bones”
Following another anonymous tip, the more rebellious students investigate the Paracea laboratories in London, only to find the establishment being headed by forgotten villain Gristle, and the cure itself being synthesised from the bodies of dead Collective members. Sickened, the Class defeats Gristle and destroy the laboratories, though the bodies are not recovered. After telling the Professor, doubts begin to linger, and an investigation is done into graves of the Academy's deceased Alumni; many are empty, their bodies taken elsewhere...
March 2009, “ARTEMIS”
During an open day, a number of parents suddenly display robotic qualities, producing energy blasts and tearing through cars as if they were parents. The Class and Alumni are able to stop the attackers, and studying the unconscious forms reveal robotic implants constructed from non-metallic materials, and even traces of Code circuitry. The Academy concludes that ACTAEON are now deploying Parahuman Hunting agents that are indistinguishable from innocents...July 2009, “Omega”
During a celebration for the graduating class, a surprising number of students erect barricades around the school, sealing everyone in. In protest of the treatment of Parahumans, and general disdain at the Professor's ethics and in support of the Alpha's, a riot breaks out. Dozens are badly hurt, and a handful on both sides are killed in the fracas. The Collective joins the fight, using the opportunity to cause damage to the school, the Alumni forced to break off to deal with them. The battle is eventually called off when the Alpha arrives, applauding the effort, but despising the chaotic, Ill-thought-out nature. The ringleader is killed to make a statement, while those that claimed to support The Alpha are whisked away alongside the Collective.
