Enemies of the Millennium & Last Classes
Enemies of the Millennium Class
Colonel Bethan Piers
The daughter of Eliza Piers, Bethan Piers worked her way through the British Army, collecting skills and connections before enacting revenge against Parahuman kind for her mother's death, which she witnessed televised. Using her 30 years of clout, Piers convinced her superiors to allow her to lead an an offensive against the Academy, having approached and received backing from the parents of dead Academy Alumni. Enough backing, apparently to justify an attack on a school in order to kidnap a prominent social scientist and their academic charges. In a military facility hidden in the Breccan Beacons, Piers used salvaged ARGUS technology to weaponized the kidnapped psychics, using them to search out and kill other Parahumans. Piers had underestimated the Academy, and hadn't expected them to survive her unit's attack, or to team up with the Collective to rescue their friends.
Piers was an incredibly smart and dedicated fighter, with strength & speed despite her age: she was trained by the SAS, and studied both Krav Maga and Savvat. Her personal platoon all had similar training.
Piers is believed dead, crushed by an avalanche of snow brought down by the Alpha.
ARTEMIS
The latest progression of the ACTAEON program, the ARTEMIS units are a grizzly step up from the madness that was The Code. Willing (or perhaps not) participants have special upgrades implanted into their body, turning them into living Parahuman-Hunting ACTAEONs at the flip of a monitoring agent's switch. Equipped with eye cameras, energy weapons, reinforced skeletons and improved muscles, the ARTEMIS subjects are strangely utterly undetectable beyond surgery; all the implants are made of organic bio-technological components.Having been released after ACTAEON left their relationship with the British Government, ARTEMIS are as legal as anyone else in Academy history who has stalked, attacked, and killed a Parahuman; as in, not at all. With anyone possibly being an ARTEMIS unit, there is an underlying paranoia slowly drifting under the Academy for the last decade…
It is unknown who is operating the ARTEMIS units, from where, or who is in charge...
PJ & JP Barnum
The twin daughters of Jackson Barnum, who apparently did not inherit their father's moral stance; PJ & JP seem to genuinely enjoy their work as Collective members, and never considered joining the Academy.Penelope-Jennifer dresses as a circus ringmaster, much like her father. She possesses his same illusion powers, able to create convincing visions witnessed by a single person. Despite her boisterous personality, she has a tendency to plan things out to a tee, and changes in her schemes throw her off. She often serves as the Collective’s strategist and coordinator.
After her sister, she seems closest with Tyrannis, who she treats like a beloved pet.
Jacqueline-Prudence dresses as a “sexy clown”. She can create ghostly sounds, ranging from whispers to blaring sirens, often used as distractions or clarion calls. JP is incredibly mercurial, doing what she wants when she wants to. She seems to be very caring and empathetic, especially towards her sister, whose plans she often ruins. She is athletic and an accomplished gymnast.
If the twins hold hands, they can project a realistic five-senses illusion over a small area, entrapping victims in an undetectable living dream. This ability tires them.greatly.
Both sisters appear much younger than their logical age.

The Bogeyman
Starting as an internet creepy-pasta turned rumour turned tabloid news story, a black clad, armoured killer who has seemingly murdered criminals worldwide. Only faceless photos exist, dark shapes big enough to strangle or break the bones of any threat.Governments worldwide have denied any connection to the Bogeyman.
Enemies of the Last Class
Tyrannis
Real name Michelle Mcdonald, Tyrannis is a Parahuman who resembles an enormous, brightly feathered flightless bird, much like the monstrous predators of prehistoric Earth. Michelle was raised in secrecy to avoid the persecution that befalls Parahumans, but after the death of her parents she was adopted by the Collective.Tyrannis’ beak can crush a car, and the claws on her feet can puncture metal and crush stone. Michelle barely communicates, instead acting mostly on animal instinct as the newest Collective’s heavy hitter. While her wing-like arms are mostly for balance rather than object manipulation, she can assume something close to flight.
Tyrannis is closest with PJ Barnum, who treats her like a beloved pet.
Tyrannis is obsessed with Lego, and has been seen stealing building-block products, clamped in her beak, during Collective raids.
